1. Shipping and Processing Please allow 2 business days for processing after placing your order. Shipping days are Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Your order will be shipped via USPS Retail Ground and arrive in an estimated 2–8 calendar days. 2. All Sales Are Final We do not accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final. However, if you receive a defective item, please contact us, within three (3) days of receipt of your shipment, at sherrisbattabling@gmail.com. Your email must include details of the product, the defect and a photograph of the defective product. Upon receipt of the email, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a store credit as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a store credit, we will honor said credit for ninety (90) days from the date of determination of the store credit. Store credit does not include any shipping and handling charges. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable for store credit.
