Return Policy & Terms


1. Shipping and Processing All Shipping will be done on Monday of each week. Your order will be shipped via USPS and arrive in an estimated 2–8 calendar days. A tracking number will be provided. 2. Return Policy on Paparazzi Jewelry If you receive an item that is broken please contact us and we can issue a refund or a replacement. 3. Return Policy on Clothing *** ALL returns will be processed for CART CREDIT only. Exchanges are no longer available.*** Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Send an email to JessandMelBoutique@gmail.com to request a return. Include the order number of the item you are hoping to return. If the item you are requesting to return is damaged, provide a photo. All returns MUST be clearly approved by email before sending back. If you send an item back without approval, we will ship it back to you. NO EXCEPTIONS! Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item(s) arrive damaged. In this case, we will credit you up to $7.35 for return shipping. All accessories are final-sale. All bralettes are final-sale. All mystery bags/promotional sales are final-sale. All shampoo, conditioners, face scrubs, body scrubs, body butters, and personal care items are final-sale. All shoes are final-sale. All returned item(s) must be unwashed and unworn with tags still attached. They also must be free of any scents, stains, and/or pet hair. Jess and Mel Boutique has the right to deny a return and mail back to customer. NO items claimed during a sale or promotion can we swapped, switched, or returned unless damaged. We ask that you please contact us first at JessandMelBoutique@gmail.com before anyone else if you have an issue with your order. 4. Missing Items/Orders: If you receive an order and items are missing from your order, please send an email to JessandMelBoutique@gmail.com with the order number, and the item(s) that you are missing. We will do our best to help out in any way we can, and resolve the issue. If you receive tracking that shows that your order was delivered, but you did not receive it, we will first advise you to file a claim with USPS. If your package was damaged in transit, a claim needs to be filed with USPS. Please note that if your order was shipped PRIORITY, there is insurance on your package. If a package goes missing at the fault of USPS, a claim needs to be filed with USPS. Jess and Mel Boutique cannot be held responsible. 5. Frequently Asked Questions: How do I register? To register, go to buyitlive.co/Jessmelboutique, and click “login with Facebook.” This will set up an account for you. What payment methods do you accept? We accept debit/credit cards and Sezzle. What is Sezzle? Sezzle gives you the option to buy now, and pay later at no extra cost to you. Customers are required to pay 25% of their order upfront, and the remaining 75% is due with 3 easy payments over the span of 6 weeks. It is interest free and there are no fees unless payments are made late. Are there restrictions for sezzle? Your order must be $50+ in order to checkout with sezzle.
