Return and Refund Policy
Returns

 If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uncut and in the same condition that you received it.  Return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer. To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.  If you are returning a higher priced item, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

To return your product, please email us at customerservice.dazfabrics@gmailcom.  We will email back a MRA number to attach to you return to help expedite you refund. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected and approved, then your refund, minus the original cost of shipping to you, will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will also send you an email to notify you that we refunded your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Email our customer service team at customerservice.dazfabrics@gmail.com if you have received a damaged or incorrect item.  We will send you a return label for you to attach to your package to send back to us. And will replace the item ASAP.
